Over the years, I’ve brought countless wild and wonderful productions to life - ranging from intimate community-based shows to large-scale performances in unexpected locations.

I’ve re-imagined both traditional and non-traditional theatre spaces, transforming parks, rivers, shopping centres, museums, urban streets, art galleries, and even public transport into performance venues.

My style is often visual, drawing on my street-performing roots, and playing with theatre conventions to both re-invent traditional stories and create new work.

I am particularly skilled in working with non-professional, ensemble casts and producing work with young people and communities.

Ultimately my aim is to be ambitious, creating theatre that is joyous, bold and excites both participants and audience.

Some highlights include:

  • Welcome to Camelot: A weekend of pop-up performances and walkabout characters at Reigate Castle, 2024.

  • Taming of the Shrew - The Drag Show: Writer & Director, Fairfield Halls, June 2022

  • Jack & the Beanstalk - A Steampunk Panto: Developed during lockdown with the local community and eventually realised with a fully animated set at the Ashcroft Theatre, July 2021

  • Treasure Island: Writer & Director, SAVVY Studio, Fairfield Halls, December 2019.

  • A Midsummer Night’s Dream: Produced a promenade production in Beddington Park, featuring an inclusive community cast working alongside a professional core company, with live music, puppetry and the lovers (literally) fighting in the River Wandle, July 2018.

  • Alice's Mad Boat Party: This unique production, sailed up the River Thames, and collected characters along the way, including the Mad Hatter at Richmond and the Red Queen at Hampton Court Palace, August 2018.

  • The Spy Project: An interactive, secret-theatre experience combining smartphone technology, live action and the local landscape, taking audiences on a journey throughout Croydon’s town centre, July 2017.

In 2024 I established Coddiwomple Theatre to continue creating memorable shows in unexpected locations.

In 2023 I directed a large-scale performance of Pinocchio with an ensemble cast of over 120 for the iconic Concert Hall stage at Fairfield Halls. This brand-new interpretation was co-created with the local community as part of Croydon's London Borough of Culture.
