Sheree is committed to inclusive practice and advocating for the rights everyone has to access cultural activities as audience, participant or professional.

As a theatre-maker, she is constantly striving to find creative ways to engage with and support under-represented communities.

Inclusive practice is embedded into the fabric of SAVVY Theatre, and advocating for access and equity across society is something Sheree continues to do in all aspects of her work.

She leads training sessions for artists, cultural organisations and businesses of all sectors, on inclusive practise, working with challenging behaviour and facilitating safe spaces.

"THANK YOU SO MUCH! What a wonderful day. We have a very happy bunch of facilitators who have been left feeling really empowered and ready to do their job in a more open inclusive way.  The delivery was spot on for what we needed and I felt that the group responded really well to the open conversation that was started. I am already using the tools you shared with our group tonight. Thank you."

- Jack Finch-Harding, Learning & Participation Manager

The Marlowe Theatre, Caterbury

Her person-centred approach is key to her work at SAVVY, and she continues to develop policies and practices that respond to the community the company works with, the audiences who come to watch, and the staff who are tasked with creating the SAVVY magic and joy.

Sheree is constantly learning and questioning, both herself and those she works with, in the quest towards a truly inclusive society.
